The Yoga Path
When talking about Yoga, most people immediately think of the physical practice of different poses and movements that stretch the body and reduce stress. This is one aspect of the yoga philosophy and moreover this is only a very small part that is relatively recent in development. Physically practicing Yoga was originally invented to facilitate the real Yoga work, in that sense: 'The insight and complete mastery of the mind'.
So Yoga really means : The science of the mind and as the 2nd Yoga Sùtra clarifies:
'Yoga Citta Vrtti Nirodhah': To control the modifications of the mind, is Yoga.
All about the Yoga Path
With all the impressions and influences from the outside, most people have lost the connection with 'all that is' and themselves. It takes discipline and work to find the lost gifts, which are our birthright, and to feel what it is like to live in the 'here and now'. When we can maintain a lasting connection, you will embark on the path of enlightenment, strength, and an immensely powerful sense of inner peace and confidence. Yoga offers the opportunity to experience this connection.

Yoga originated in ancient India and although yoga is shrouded in mystery, there is evidence to suggest that the yoga tradition has been around for at least 5,000 years since the rise of civilization. The methods and goals of yoga are universal and also depend on the person and not on a particular background, culture, belief or Deity. Yoga is an all-embracing life science.

Yoga is the oldest system of personal development in the world, encompassing body, mind and soul. Yoga is an interplay of the consciousness of the individual and the general consciousness. I like to share my experience and knowledge of what people should do to live in harmony with themselves and their environment. Taking into account the relationship between body, mind and Soul, there are unique methods to maintain balance - a method that combines physical health with the Breathing Techniques and Meditation Techniques, which guarantee peace of mind and have a much deeper effect on the Energetic body .

As an Energetic worker and Bakti Yogi, I find it important to work deeper within the pure essence of each soul and Inner Divine. I start from the Energetic system as a central point to effectively, efficiently and quickly achieve results to the Highest version of oneself.
In addition to the beauty of Nature with its natural laws and elements, I actively work with the Prana, Chi, Qi, Kundalini, Lifeforce, or life energy through the various Meridians and its Chakra points, which are located in our Energetic body.
